Indian languages first. Not translated in later.
Most AI products arrive here built for somewhere else, then get retrofitted for our scripts, our names, our way of asking for things. We build the other way round: Indian languages and Indian consumer context are the foundation. Everything scales outward from that — and it scales better, because a system that handles Marathi and code-mixed Hinglish handles most of the world.
